Cecilia Spurio, from lawyer to Michelin-starred pastry chef, and Eugenio Anfuso, a passionate haute cuisine chef, traveled across Europe before finally opening Amâlia in Paris in 2024.
Their journey took them from Enrico Bartolini and Igles Corelli in Italy to collaborations with Pierre Gagnaire and Yannick Alléno in France, earning them numerous awards and recognition along the way.
At Amâlia, they offer a bold and modern reinterpretation of traditional French cuisine.
